Yaad was inspired when the founder of the company made a trip to New York. He noticed on his group of friend’s fridge, they had written down their goals on a calendar. They would then tally up each day they hit their goals, and at the end of the month, the winner didn’t have to do house chores for the next month.

The founder then thought it would be a great idea to implement this kind of social circle accountability into an application so that everyone can compete, even if you didn’t live in the same house. Thus, Yaad was born.
